Conditions of Booking
- Reservation deposit of $200 per week and the completing of a Booking Form confirm the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, on behalf of all persons for whom the accommodation is booked. We will confirm each booking in writing as soon as possible.
- The payment of the full balance plus $300 per stay Security Deposit is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to departure date. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS RETURNABLE, subject to a satisfactory report from our Management Agents.
- Credit card, transfers to US Banks and PayPal payments are liable to a 4% surcharge.
- Any cancellations must be in writing. If the client cancels before 10 weeks prior to departure, the deposit will be forfeited. After this period the full rental will be forfeited unless the booking can be fully re-let.
- The rental period for your exclusive use of the villa is from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
- Swimming Pool - upon arrival at the rental villa, everyone in your party must read the Pool Rules and Regulations that are in the book and displayed in the pool area. We accept no liability for injury, however caused, as a result of using the pool. Guests must NOT ALLOW children to use or play near the pool unsupervised. Drinking glasses or glass bottles must not be taken into the pool area, only plastic items. The pool is cleaned and chemically balanced every week for your safety and comfort, however on rare occasions it may be necessary to apply extra chemicals to the pool to maintain safe and correct chemical levels. Should this occur during your stay, it will be necessary for you to be out of the pool for a period of 12 to 24 hours for safety reasons. Do not attempt to adjust or tamper with the pool controls around the side of the villa as it is dangerous and illegal. Your entire security deposit is immediately forfeited and you will be required to leave the premises if tampering is found.
- We have a strict "No Smoking, No Pets" policy within the inside of the villa, and should there be any evidence when the final check is made after departure, the security deposit will be forfeited entirely.
- No responsibility or liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage, or alterations caused by e.g. flight delays or cancellations, weather conditions, fire, flood or industrial disputes, failure of public supplies such as water, electricity or air conditioning, although we will make efforts to remedy such failure.
- We do not accept responsibility or liability for any accidents, injury, illness or damage caused to any person, which may be sustained during the rental period.
- Any problems in the villa requiring attention during your stay must be reported immediately to our Management Company. Full details, i.e. name and phone number will be supplied when we confirm receipt of full payment. If any damage is noted on arrival, it is in your own interest to report immediately to our Management Company. If the problem is not rectified during your stay, it must be submitted to the Management Company in writing before you leave the villa.
- We reserve the right to enter the property at any time for whatever reason. (During your stay the pool and garden contractors will be carrying out the necessary maintenance of these areas).
- It is strongly advised that when filling out our Booking Form you take out FULL INSURANCE COVER, which offers maximum protection against medical expenses, travel and cancellations. Should you wish for a quote, we can arrange this.
